Got from my desk at work to the gate in 75 minutes flat. The ambient chatter is an interesting linguistic mix of the Alitalia passengers at this gate and the Aeroflot passengers at the next gate over.
So as best as I can tell, here's what's going on with everybody right now:
- Natalie is halfway to Dublin
- Nick is somewhere over Newfoundland
- Sam has just arrived in Tirana
On a personal note, it's a bit neat to be departing from Terminal 1 at JFK. I've walked here so many times and had dinner in the food court, it's about time I come to this building for an actual flight.
